Peter McDaniel
Peter McDaniel has 34 years of real estate investment, development, management executive experience throughout the U.S. As the east regional president of Pinnacle Realty Management Company, he was part of the leadership team that built Pinnacle into the nation’s third largest apartment owner and manager. He created Pinnacle’s construction management division which renovated and repositioned over 11,000 units during his tenure. He also directed the management of Irvine, CA-based Steadfast Companies’ apartment portfolio (U.S. top 20 affordable housing owners) and was a principal in Steadfast/M3 Partners. He also served as vice-president of Arnold Palmer Golf Course Development Co.
Peter began his career with a Florida-based, family-owned real estate company that developed residential PUDs, single family subdivisions and apartment projects throughout the eastern U.S. He is now a principal of M3 Development LLC which has successfully acquired and sold a number of land investments and is currently developing in California and Florida.
Peter received his BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. He has authored numerous articles in national apartment trade publications and has been a featured speaker for the Florida Apartment Association.
David McDaniel
David McDaniel recently led brokerage and land acquisitions for Orlando-based developer Titan Properties. During the 2002-2007 period he completed over $125 million in land sales for 5,000 single family lots.
In 1984 David started his real estate career in marketing, sales and management of planned developments for family-owned Atlantic Southern Corporation, an international land syndicator and developer with projects in the Eastern U.S. As a real estate consultant, he has also advised many clients including Disney Development, Universal Studios and Price Waterhouse about the market feasibility of their proposed real estate development projects.
David is a graduate of the University of Florida business school with a degree in Real Estate. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Habitat for Humanity, as its land acquisition team leader. He is currently president of the board for a non-profit housing corporation serving the disabled in the Orlando area. David lives with his wife and three children in Winter Park, Florida.
Matt McDaniel
Matt McDaniel has 29 years of real estate finance, investment and development experience throughout the U.S. He began his career in real estate development with Los Angeles based Wurtzel/Fox Development where he specialized in mixed-use infill development projects. He later did acquisition and finance for developer and builder Braemar Homes in Agoura, California. After moving to Florida in 2000, he continued in acquisitions and brokerage with single family developer, Titan Properties. While in Florida, he formed M3 Development and was a partner in a number of real estate development projects ranging from multifamily construction in Michigan to land development in Florida and Costa Rica.
After the successful disposition those projects in 2007, he returned to California and was a principal in the formation of Steadfast/M3 Partners a partnership with Irvine-based Steadfast Companies focusing on value-add investment opportunities. He is now a principal of M3 Development which has on-going developments in Florida and retail in Newport Beach, California.
A graduate of UCLA, Matt holds a degree in Economics. In 1998, he became a member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization, Los Angeles) and recently completed his term as president of the San Diego Chapter. Matt lives in Winter Park, Florida.
